A new member of the business team will be responsible for creating new business opportunities in Poland and the EU and building strong relationships with clients we work with.
Responsibilities

Initiating contact with potential clients via email, social media contacts, and at industry events

Proactively identify clients, project risks and partner cross-functionally to recommend solutions and action plan

Consulting the end-to-end MedTech business requirements with clients & project units

Communicating business objectives to the engineering team and technical solutions to the business client

Negotiating business terms and contracts with customers
- Representing the company at industry events
Must Have
-
2+ years of professional experience
-
Good understanding of the MedTech / HealthCare business landscape

Experience in Consulting sales or account management
-
Excellent English, both written and spoken (C1)

Experience in working with CRM Systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand customer needs with a problem-solving approach
Nice to have

An engineering / MedTech / HealthTech / startup background or interest in technology will be a strong advantage
