A new member of the business team will be responsible for creating new business opportunities in Poland and the EU and building strong relationships with clients we work with.
Initiating contact with potential clients via email, social media contacts, and at industry events
Creating a contact base of potential clients
Consulting the end-to-end business requirements with clients & project units
Communicating business objectives to the engineering team and technical solutions to the business client
Negotiating business terms and contracts with customers
- Representing the company at industry events
2+ years of professional experience
Experience in B2B / Consulting
(IT / MedTech or similar will be an asset)
- Ability to understand customer needs with problem solving approach
Excellent English, both written and spoken (C1)
Experience in working with CRM Systems (eg. Odoo, Hubspot)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have
An engineering / MedTech / HealthTech / startup background or interest in technology will be a strong advantage
